Who Is The Course Suitable For?
- Individuals 16 years or over who want to teach Pilates as a fully comprehensive teacher using mat and the apparatus
- Those wishing to pursue a career in teaching Pilates both to individuals and in group sessions
- Individuals already running sessions but lacking a formal qualification
- Teachers who already hold the mat level 3 diploma or equivalent and want to progress to apparatus
What Qualifications Are Needed?
- No qualifications or experience are required to take this course if also taking the level 3 diploma in teaching mat Pilates however you must have been attending pilates classes as a participant for a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the start of your practical training days.
- If only attending the apparatus days then a full level 3 diploma in teaching Mat Pilates is a pre-requisite.

- Multiple-choice theory exam(s)
- Case study and progressive programmes

- Direct observation of a taught session individually
- Direct observation of a taught session using equipment jointly
Are There Any Books Or Special Equipment That Need To Be Purchased?
- No, all course materials will be provided for during the course however you will need access to apparatus for personal practice between course dates and assessment
What Can The Qualification Lead To?
- The ability to teach Pilates apparatus both group and one to one with improved knowledge and skills, and with an internationally recognized qualification
- Work within the health sector using the Pilates method full repertoire
