Through this online foam rolling course, Alex & Arran will teach you the anatomy of each body area and the principles of self mho-fascial release with the foam roller. The course is taught by our leading physiotherapists who will teach you the detailed anatomy of each release and how to use the foam roller on specific areas of the body using techniques designed to release myofascia and to manipulate soft tissue. This will allow you trigger point release the kinetic chain allowing your clients, patients and class members to have good posture, move and perform pain free, efficiently and with low energy cost.  Foam rolling techniques are a must for any trainer who wants that deeper understanding of the kinetic chain function and dysfunction and the anatomy and biomechanics of movement. Learn how to use the trigger point rollers effectively, not as a class choreography aid but as a rehabilitation and prehabilitation tool for all those who want to move well. Learn each muscle group and the specific trigger point release technique to work deep into the muscular chains.  On completion you will be able to work with clients using the foam roller and use myo-fascial release techniques. You will be able to implement programming in training sessions for different types of clients based on their individual fitness needs. You can take this course as a stand alone course or in combination with any of our diploma courses.
