Level 3 Diploma Teaching Hatha Yoga AIQ

Introduction

We are very pleased to be able to offer our level 3 Diploma Teaching Hatha Yoga  as a full online programme of study that you can study at home in your own time. You can also book into an optional one day practice support workshop as many times as you need. These are available in both our Maidenhead and Edinburgh centres every month. You can also have tutorials with a tutor face to face over zoom rather than attending.

This Diploma Teaching Hatha Yoga course amalgamates the values and philosophy of traditional Hatha yoga, the foundation of yoga, with the latest in exercise science. It has been developed by our national yoga lead, our physiotherapist and movement specialists and an exercise scientist, providing a mix of eastern and western principles. The course has a Hatha yoga focus and is the internationally accepted the Yoga Instructor Diploma recognised by REPs & CIMSPA. The course takes a blended learning approach and includes 90 hours of anatomy at level 3, philosophy of yoga and teaching practice, and 50 hours of personal yoga practice. If you are new to Yoga this yoga instructor diploma course is a perfect starting point to qualify and achieve your Diploma.

You can complete this Diploma Teaching Hatha Yoga in the comfort of your own home at your own pace. You can also attend our practice days where you can meet and work with a tutor to help you with your studies and help you stay on track. Personal practice is an important part of the Hatha Yoga diploma and as part of the course you will undertake a personal practice diary to help you master the Hatha Yoga techniques, philosophy and practices.
