For the last 4 years he has had the opportunity to work in a team on a healing retreat where he facilitates yoga for pain relief, breathing techniques and guided meditation for participants.

Lee holds qualifications in nutritional therapy and has a holistic approach to diet and exercise; believing that prevention is better than cure and a healthy approach to what you eat can affect every aspect of your life.

From intricate muscle releasing techniques and spinal strengthening Pilates to powerful and graceful Yoga Flow, Lee has developed his own practice and teaching over the last 15 years, drawing on techniques from Scaravelli, Kundalini and Hatha Yoga, modern and Classical Pilates as well as the Alexander technique and Feldenkrais. Lee’s philosophy is based around fluidity of the spine, grounding of the feet and the connection of mindfulness and breath.

He teaches extension based Pilates with movement and freedom of the pelvis linking into the spine, which is essential before implementing more global and functional patterns to his class format.

Lee brings a very unique, structured and educational approach to his teaching that will leave you lengthened, strengthened, centered and relaxed.
