Introduction

This Client Analysis Health Behaviour course is a must for any trainer working on a one to one basis who wants to influence client change. Through the pre reading study and the practical workshop days you will become a reflective practitioner who understands  biopsychosocial practice and health behaviour change approaches that can be used to support health and well being. As a practitioner you will be able to facilitate support for your clients through motivational interviewing and effective helping techniques. The course introduces you to the biopsychosocial behaviour model and change approaches, supported by the latest scientific research and evidence base. You will learn effective helping skills for individuals and groups, through developing in-depth diagnostic consultation skills through listening, rapport building, questioning and reflective communication to be able to identify the need for change in your clients, the barriers to change and which helping intervention strategies will be successful with your clients.

This course is internationally accepted and recognised by REPs & CIMSPA.
