Now that there’s a chill in the air, we turn our thoughts (& taste buds!) to more autumnal flavours. Our very own Education and Training expert Krisztina Biliczky shares her delicious and healthy brownie recipe.

Pumpkin cocoa brownies:

  • 400g pumpkin purée
  • 250g nut butter (recommend crunchy peanut butter)
  • 70g cocoa powder
  • Choice of sweetener to taste (recommend 2 spoons of granulated stevia)

Combine ingredients until it’s all smooth. Pour batter into a medium baking pan. Bake for 35-45 mins at gas mark 4. Allow to cool and keep in fridge overnight before slicing.
