Introduction

This Kettlebell Instructor Training  module is a must for any fitness instructor who would like to add kettlebell training to their teaching portfolio to become a kettlebell instructor. This course can now be taken as a full online programme in the comfort of your own home or studio. 

This kettlebell course will provide fitness instructors and PTs with the knowledge and skills to perform and teach a huge variety of functional basic and advanced exercises using a kettlebell, whilst also understanding and practicing safe training.

Upon completion of this course you will receive an Active IQ Award in Instructing Kettlebells.

  • No, all course materials will be provided (If you have your own preferred weight of kettlebell it is useful to bring it along)
