Level 4 Pilates Spine Corrector Therapy Course
Pilates Spine Corrector Therapy Course
The Pilates Spine Corrector Therapy Course is an approach to movement re-education that is essential in the field of rehabilitation for musculoskeletal conditions. The course is co delivered with Michael King and Gill Cummings-Bell two international experts in Pilates therapy exercise. This course provides the most innovative and comprehensive exploration of this vital Pilates apparatus and it’s use in rehabilitation, therapy exercise and pain management. Learn to teach the original spine corrector syllabus applied to specific postural dysfunctions and movement insufficiencies. With its unique shape the spine corrector can support, strengthen and lengthen the body in ways that mat exercises can’t.
This Pilates Spine Corrector Therapy course is an excellent progression for any level 3 Pilates mat or apparatus trainers who are qualified in mat. Our expert international presenters will teach you how to rehabilitate your clients with movements through a six week programme of release, mobility and therapy exercises. You will be able to understand the most common injuries or restrictions to posture and movement and the pathophysiology of dysfunctional movement patterns. You will be taught progressive 6 week programmes using the spine corrector for each dysfunction/condition. You will be able to use these six week programmes on the spine corrector to affect change in the movement patterns of your clients.
