This Pilates Advanced Biomechanics module will help you take a deeper look at the pilates method. You will explore the results that you get by applying it. You will advance your diagnostic ability using our specific diagnostic tool to analyse common postural presentations, take your programming to a deeper level and problem solve blockages through the kinetic chain using the method.

It is suitable for all with a Pilates qualification, whether level 2 or 3, as well as those looking for more advanced programming and progressions

  • Biomechanics of the 34 classical mat
  • How to help clients master each exercise
  • Programming order to improve performance and precision
  • Problem solving blockages along the kinetic chain
  • Appropriate interventions for common issues clients present with
  • Pilates programming for common issues
  • Teaching variables including control, precision, breath and flow
  • Repertoire of 3D functional programming to challenge deep core stabilisers

  • 8 hour workshop
