Reformer Pilates Pregnancy Instructor Training is a “must do” module for all Reformer Pilates instructors who teach women. Using the Pilates method you will explore the optimum programming during each stage of pregnancy so that you can accommodate pregnant ladies within your sessions or go on to run specialist courses. It is suitable for all with a Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification and a Pilates Reformer qualification, whether level 2 or 3, as well as those looking for ideas and safe exercises for existing reformer individual, one to one and group sessions. This module also acts as the perfect grounding for those who wish to specialise in this rewarding area. The Reformer Pilates Pregnancy Instructor Training has been developed by a midwife and Pilates instructor and delivered by our clinical exercise physiologist and Pilates Fully Comprehensive specialist to give you the most relevant information. You have the option of combining this with the full Level 3 Award in Supporting Pre and Post Natal Clients and or Mat Pilates for Pregnancy at a reduced cost. This course is internationally accepted and recognised by EMD UK and the Society for the Pilates Method. 

Taking this qualification together with the Pre and Post Natal qualification (online) allows you to take the theory of pre and post natal and apply the Pilates Method to your Pilates Reformer session plans for classes and one to one clients.
