Blow out the cobwebs and the seasonal excesses with this fun cardio workout from Conor. Its pretty good fun and takes 45 minutes to complete. 

Choose 3 cardio machines of your choice (E.g. Treadmill; Rower; X-trainer or Bike etc). After each timed block, increase your intensity by 10-20% for the following block so as your time gets shorter then your intensity gets higher. Play about with it, you can change it up or down.

5 minutes on Machine A
5 minutes on Machine B
5 minutes on Machine C

4 minutes on Machine A
4 minutes on Machine B
4 minutes on Machine C

3 minutes on Machine A
3 minutes on Machine B
3 minutes on Machine C

2 minutes on Machine A
2 minutes on Machine B
2 minutes on Machine C

1 minutes on Machine A
1 minutes on Machine B
1 minutes on Machine C

45 minutes total cardio, likely to take 50/55minutes in total when taking changes in to account. Really fun way to change your focus every few minutes and can even up intensity for the last few rounds to train in a slightly different way! Seems to go really quickly too!
