You can easily be made vegan with vegan yoghurt and plant based protein powder.
1 tbsp coconut flour
4 tbsp ground almonds
2 scoops protein powder of choice
4 tsp Greek yoghurt or plant based yoghurt for vegetarian version
1/2 tsp baking powder
Spices and vanilla aroma if protein powder is unflavoured
Can add tbsp poppyseeds or chia seeds
- Mix dry ingredients first and put aside
- Blend the bananas and yoghurt in a blender or food processor
- Thoroughly mix the two sets of ingredients
- Bake in a preheated oven on gas mark 4 for about 35-40 mins
