You can easily be made vegan with vegan yoghurt and plant based protein powder.

3 ripe bananas 

1 tbsp coconut flour 

4 tbsp ground almonds

2 scoops protein powder of choice

4 tsp Greek yoghurt or plant based yoghurt for vegetarian version 

1/2 tsp baking powder

Spices and vanilla aroma if protein powder is unflavoured 

Can add tbsp poppyseeds or chia seeds 

  1. Mix dry ingredients first and put aside
  2. Blend the bananas and yoghurt in a blender or food processor
  3. Thoroughly mix the two sets of ingredients 
  4. Bake in a preheated oven on gas mark 4 for about 35-40 mins
