As we all have a bit more time to get into the kitchen, try making this banana and sweet potato bread, perfect for breakfast or snack 

1 small sweet potato
3 bananas
Tsp baking soda
1/2 cup ground almonds
1/2 almond or peanut butter
2 tsp coconut flour
3 eggs
Optional ingredients:
Cinnamon to taste
Sea salt to taste
Handful Chocolate chips
Handful Walnuts
  1. Boil and mash sweet potatoes
  2. Mash the 3 bananas
  3. Mix bananas, sweet potato, eggs and baking powder
  4. Fold in the nut butter
  5. Add the eggs
  6. Combine all ingredients well until smooth (even the optional ones)
  7. Put mixture in a loaf tin
  8. Can add sliced banana on top
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at gas mark 4 for 50-60 mins
  10. Let it cool and serve
