We all know the perils of sugar and its excess. Easter Sunday is looming and I am confident that many of us will buy our children an egg so I thought I would put together a little chart for you to see which ones have the most sugar.

I don’t want to deprive children of an egg, that would just ruin the fun, however it is worth noting the sugar content and then perhaps looking at reducing other treats for a few days either side. Here is a small sample to give you an idea of which ones make better choices. The eggs with filler chocolate are the highest of course. The dark chocolate the lowest but I don’t think many children would like that one. Share this chart with your clients.
