Looking for a little inspiration for your reformer class this week. Try this intervals session with jump board. Complete the prep phase, then complete interval and then the rest interval, complete interval 2 and then go back and complete the rest interval, then complete interval 3 then go back and complete the rest interval. This means you will do the rest interval 3 times. Then at the end complete your closing phase.
