Try these for a perfect pre or post training snack! – delicious, healthy – and easy to make!

Ingredients:
- Medjool dates (20)
- crunchy peanut butter – but can use any nut butter
- Dark chocolate 150g
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (optional)
Method:
- Cut dates on once side only (not fully into two halves) lengthways to remove stone
- Add a teaspoon of crunchy peanut butter inside each date and press closed
- Once dates are filled set them aside
- Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil on slow heat
- Once melted, roll each date fully in the chocolate and set on a tray one by one
- Place in fridge to cool for at least an hour for chocolate to harden
- Keep in fridge
p.s – try not to eat them all in one go! 😊
