Ingredients:
100-125g cup peanut butter
200g dark chocolate melted
2tsp coconut oil
Method:
- Peel and slice bananas into a.5cm thick slices
- Line a tray with baking paper
- Put 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter on a banana slice and add another banana slice on top
- Keep making these banana sandwiches until all bananas are used up
- Put these in the freezer for about an hour
- In the meantime, melt the coconut oil and dark chocolate
- Either dip one half of your banana sandwich in the chocolate or cover fully
- Place back in the freezer for at least another 30 minutes before eating
- Eat and enjoy
These bites should keep in the freezer easily for at least a month -not in my house though!
