3 bananas 
100-125g cup peanut butter
200g dark chocolate melted 
2tsp coconut oil


  1. Peel and slice bananas into a.5cm thick slices 
  2. Line a tray with baking paper 
  3. Put 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter on a banana slice and add another banana slice on top
  4. Keep making these banana sandwiches until all bananas are used up 
  5. Put these in the freezer for about an hour 
  6. In the meantime, melt the coconut oil and dark chocolate 
  7. Either dip one half of your banana sandwich in the chocolate or cover fully
  8. Place back in the freezer for at least another 30 minutes before eating
  9. Eat and enjoy 
These bites should keep in the freezer easily for at least a month -not in my house though!
