Many clients present in a Pilates class with hip pain which can be caused by very varied conditions such as Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Snapping Hip Syndrome, Poor Posture, Pelvic Dysfunction, ligament injuries, restrictions and many other factors. Whilst we are non diagnostic and it is nor our place to say what is wrong we do want to adapt exercises to help the client avoid any further problems.
