An amazingly quick delicious cake to pack in your picnics or take to the gym for a boost.
Ingredients
1 egg
- 2 tbsp oat bran
- 3 tbsp psyllium husk
- 25g ( 1 scoop) protein powder of choice ( we used plain)
- 1tsp baking powder
- cinnamon or mixed spice to taste
- a few drops of liquid sweetener of choice
- handful of blueberries
- one strawberry finely chopped
Method
- Mix dry ingredients together
- Then add the egg and mix together well
- Keep adding small amounts of water until you get pancake batter consistency mixture
- Put it into a small oven pie type dish
- Microwave it for 3 and a 1/2 minutes
- Let it cool before slicing and serving (best eaten fresh)
