Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of of gluten free oat flour 
  • 1/2 coconut flour or ground almonds 
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp cocos powder ( can add 3 if want it with stronger choc flavour ) 
  • 2 tbsp beetroot powder
  • 2 tbsp granulated sweetener 
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 sugar free maple syrup ( can use brown rice syrup) 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 or more tbsp plant based milk 

Method

  1. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients first 
  2. On the hob heat and combine peanut butter, vanilla extract and maple syrup until fully combined and melted
  3. Pour the wet mixture in the dry and combine well, it should be crumbly 
  4. Start adding the plant based milk in small amounts until a thick firm batter is formed
  5. Roll the batter into balls 
  6. Refrigerate until firm 
  7. Enjoy!
