Ingredients:
- 2 cups of of gluten free oat flour
- 1/2 coconut flour or ground almonds
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp cocos powder ( can add 3 if want it with stronger choc flavour )
- 2 tbsp beetroot powder
- 2 tbsp granulated sweetener
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 sugar free maple syrup ( can use brown rice syrup)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 or more tbsp plant based milk
Method
- In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients first
- On the hob heat and combine peanut butter, vanilla extract and maple syrup until fully combined and melted
- Pour the wet mixture in the dry and combine well, it should be crumbly
- Start adding the plant based milk in small amounts until a thick firm batter is formed
- Roll the batter into balls
- Refrigerate until firm
