A great workout with Glenn that you can take anywhere. You can try this in the gym, outdoors, in the studio or just at home on your mat. Share this with your clients and set it as homework over the holidays for them. Warm up and dynamic stretch 6-8 mins

Complete each circuit in turn using a range of 10-20 reps depending on your goals and available weights. Rest for 1 minute between each circuit, after the 5th circuit rest for 2 mins and then repeat. If you’re feeling brave try to do the five circuits 3 times through.
