These are a perfect pre or post training snack! 
Ingredients:

200g dark chocolate – at least 70%
200g crunchy peanut butter
2tbsp coconut oil
Vanilla to taste
Cinnamon to taste 
Cardamom to taste 
Himalayan sea salt
100g chopped dates

Method
1. Melt dark chocolate with 1 tbsp coconut oil, vanilla and cinnamon
2. Fill the bottom of muffin cups -10 standard size
3. Place in the freezer for 10 mins
4. Mix peanut butter with 1tbsp melted coconut oil, dates, generous pinch of sea salt 
5. Spoon a layer of this peanut butter and date mix on the top of the chocolate in the muffin cups
6. Place in freezer for 15 -20 mins
7. Reheat the melted chocolate with cardamom added
8. Pour even amounts of chocolate on top of each muffin cup
9. Place in freezer for 10 mins
10. Serve and enjoy

Please make sure you store them in the fridge – that’s if you manage to avoid eating them all in one go!
