Here is a section from my body conditioning class that I am teaching at the moment.  This really overloads the lower body and gives a metabolic kick!  Who says you have to have impact to get the heart rate racing?!!

  • Wide squat x16 / wide pulse squat 16 – repeat x2
  • Curtsy lunge x8 add a knee to side x8 R then L
  • Back stepping lunge with knee lift x16 R then L
  • Squat to calf raise x16
  • Single leg deadlift 4/4 x 4 and 2/2 x 6 R then L
  • Combo – Wide squat, narrow squat, lunge forward then back
  • PT x10 R then L
