Ingredients

1 cup protein powder

2 heaped tbsp ground almonds

2 tbsp coconut flour

4 eggs (double if using egg whites only)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda

Sweetener to taste 

1/2 tbsp orange zest

Mixed fruits and nuts handful

Vanilla to taste 

Spices to taste (Cinnamon, Cardamon, Ginger)

 

Method

Mixed all ingredients together until get you get a sticky doughy texture.

Form into shape and place in non stick pan.

Bake for about 25 minutes on gas mark 3-4 (160 C)
