Savoury flourless spinach and oat muffins

Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 large handfuls of spinach
150g oats ( can replace 50g with plain protein powder)
Tsp baking powder
Moroccan spices
Black pepper
1tbsp coconut oil
100ml dairy free single cream ( can use dairy)
4/5 slices of thin ham chopped to small pieces
Finely chopped yellow pepper
