4 tbsp raw cacao powder

3 tbsp maple syrup (I use sugar free version)

Recipe – Gluten Free Walnut and Lentil Balls

Ingredients:

         1 tablespoon olive oil

         1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

         2 cloves garlic, minced

         1 teaspoon dried parsley

         1/4-1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

         1/4 teaspoon paprika

         1/2 cup dried lentils

(can use precooked if short on time)

         2 cups water

         1 cup walnuts, finely chopped

         2 tablespoons oat flour (optional)

         2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds

         1/2 teaspoon sea salt
