    • One/Two day attendance for anatomy on Advanced Human Motion (AHM); if not already level 3 together with pre-reading of anatomy materials
    • Two days Postural Analysis & Movement Correction (PAMC), not included if already a qualified Level 3, (optional but recommended). You can book this separately.

    Introduction This certificate will take your Sports Massage Therapy and Soft Tissue Therapy to a new level.  You will also be able to become a member of the Sports Therapy Organisation’s National Register at Level 3 or 4. The level 4 certificate is a development module from level 3. This module incorporates a deeper level of knowledge. At level 4 you can expand your knowledge into clinical procedures for assessment and treatment planning.     • Individuals 16 years and over
    • Those wishing to work in a studio as a group exercise teacher including HIIT,  aerobics, circuits, kettlebells,  body conditioning, stretch and many more studio based class formats
    • Those wishing to progress onto a pre-choreographed programme such as Les Mills, Zumba, On Broadway, Bokwa etc.
    • Those wishing to progress onto personal training, yoga, pilates or outdoor fitness

    • No previous qualifications or experience are needed.  You will also take the Level 2 anatomy & physiology  module as part of this course (unless already a qualified fitness instructor).  This is included in the price
