Peanut Butter Banana Bites

Ingredients:
3 bananas 
100-125g cup peanut butter
200g dark chocolate melted 
2tsp coconut oil

 

Method:

Peel and slice bananas into a.5cm thick slices 
Line a tray with baking paper 
Put 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter on a banana slice and add another banana slice on top

Banana Protein Muffins (No eggs)

If you are in need of a nice and easy recipe/ perfect snack pre or post training 😁

Low sugar strawberry jam

Makes:  2 X 500g Jars

Ingredients

1kg hulled and halved strawberries
1tsp vanilla bean paste
400g granulated sugar
1 lemon, cut into 4
