Peanut Butter Banana Bites

Ingredients:
3 bananas 
100-125g cup peanut butter
200g dark chocolate melted 
2tsp coconut oil

 

Method:

Peel and slice bananas into a.5cm thick slices 
Line a tray with baking paper 
Put 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter on a banana slice and add another banana slice on top
Keep making these banana sandwiches until all bananas are used up
